During my 8 years in the culinary industry, I have had the opportunity to work at some outstanding restaurants in one of the greatest food cities in the world in every capacity, from prep cook to head chef. We went to chef woods for a private date night cooking class. It was a great time for me and my date. We learned so much and the meal he taught us how to prepare was light and healthy. He's a vey knowledgeable and professional guy. I'd recommend him for any kind of cooking needs that you may have. Worth the investment.
