A client who owns a property in Ypsilanti Township called to say that she had just fired her former property management company because they allowed her home to become condemned by the Township and that the tenant they had in the property had destroyed. I immediately went to the property and discovered that it had been triple condemned and the property was a real mess. However due to our excellent relationship with Ypsilanti Township we were able to complete the extensive repairs and pass the required inspections, gain a certificate of occupancy, and place a new high quality tenant within 90 days of the first call.
