After meeting with Joe for an estimate I was very impressed with his professionalism. He described every aspect of the repairs and advised of the need for repairs and how the roof would be fixed. I believe Joe would do a very good job. I did not accept his estimate as I felt his estimate was a bit pricey.

As a former roofer—I know the difference between quality and haste. Joe’s was INCREDIBLE—at (1) quality, (2) punctuality, (3) value. Across all three, Joe’s was LEAGUES above everyone else. We hired them to fix facia and a hole in our overhang due to carpenter bees and a woodpecker, they found perfectly matching aluminum siding to repair and prevent future damage—not an easy task given the bends involved—and they nailed it. The second job was to replace roofing along a very low grade area of our roof. The firm that installed our roof took a massive shortcut and used caulk and shingles which was neither up to code nor did it prevent water from penetrating into the attic. Joe replaced this shortcut with a single sheet of material making the area immune to future water/ice damage, AND they PERFECTLY matched the new materials to our 15 year old roof. We could not be happier and will ONLY use Joe’s for any and all future roofing needs. Lastly, I’ve been using thumbtack since 2013 on three properties—this was hands down the best experience we ever had and they have all been positive. Thank you Joe!

Joe responded and was on-site less than an hour after my inquiry. Repaired the siding that had blown off AND did a courtesy inspection walk around my roof. Found and repaired the seal around the chimney too. Done in less than a half hour!

Joe and his team repaired a previously shoddy tear-off around our chimney, uncovering rotting wood from water damage and poorly installed tiles. They also did a full roof reseal, fixing and replacing damaged shingles. All-in-all a very professional job, delivering what was promised.
