- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. Depends on the details of the project. However, I am up front about all costs before I begin the work; no worry of hidden cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is hearing my client needs, desires and wishes, followed by a thoughtful proposal and plan of action. I do require contracts for services over $100
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated with a Bachelors of a Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America in '99. I've owned and operated a highly successful fine dining establishment (due Venti) in Clawson, Michigan, for 9 years
