- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been following this career since i began as a demo cook in a gourmet market. Throught culinary school, I worked my way through the ranks at fine dining restaurants in both the front of house and the kitchen. I have been teaching classes for 3 years and currently run a cooking school program with 16 employees as well as my own private personal classes for people in the comfort of their homes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is not all about experience. It is about passion and talent. I love sharing my passion with those around me.
