- What types of customers have you worked with?
Malware removal seems to be on the rise. I have the ability to shortcut many tough infections so that I can create a remote connection with my customers computer. Once I have control of the computer I start my work. I kill off any live infections that can cause the customers own anti-virus not to function correctly. Once I kill off the live infection the customers anti-virus will be able to find any dead infected files that was being protected by the live infection.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask them questions. If a tech is willing to educate then the tech is a people person and is not just a button pusher. Many techs are afraid to give too much help in fear of giving out free support. I find that many people just want to learn. Even if they do get the information they still want me to do the work. So, ask me what it is I am doing and why.
