Jim and the Outdoor Consulting Service team were OUTSTANDING. They had a good price, and more importantly, they showed up when they said they would, and completed all of the work we agreed upon (in the timeframe he said he would complete it too!) - Couldn't be any more satisfied with this Landscaping project. I've already talked to him about next season's project - so that speaks for itself!

We hired Outdoor Consulting Services to put up a fence, being pleased with that, we also hired them to some doors for us. They did a great job, with a very pleasant work crew. We would contact them again if we needed any further work done.

Outdoor Consulting Services took out our existing wooden deck and replaced it with a tiered brick paver patio. Jim and his crew are punctual, competitively priced and have a work ethic that I didn't think existed anymore. Jim is very good at communicating and knows his business thoroughly. His service and final product reflect his personal standards for every job. He will keep at it until it meets his standards of quality, which is quite high! We were very happy with our finished product, but he didn't just stop when we were happy, he kept on until everything was perfect in his eyes and something he felt proud of. We have had numerous compliments on our patio and have given Jim's name out to many people in our neighborhood who are impressed with his work. We will be calling Jim for any work we need done in the future!

Jim did a patio for us in our backyard. I reached out to a handful of contractors to get quotes. Jim was not only the most responsive, he came out and gave us a very fair quote. While we were discussing what we wanted, we really felt like we were working with Jim, as he was flexible, offered ideas, and was overall very helpful. He explained the process and products in detail, and answered all of our questions patiently. We had to wait for the weather to clear and warm up enough for work to begin, but Jim stayed in touch with us throughout, providing updates on timing. Once the ground was dry and weather cooperated, Jim got in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He provided us with updates each day. The final product looks fantastic. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. Any time we need future work done, Jim will be the first person we call. He is a really nice, easy going guy, who worked with us and never pressured us - just wanted us to be happy with the final product, and we are. Highly recommended!
