My hard drive crashed and I panicked because there were a lot of files there I needed for work. Gary called back quickly, was willing to come to my home as needed to take care of the computer repair process, which included transferring files and software to the new computer. He kept me informed of what was going on, and charged me a price that was more than fair. AND he called back the next day to see how everything was going and if I had any problems. Great service and very fair pricing!

Gary can always be expected to do a top notch job at troubleshooting technology. He has been at our home three separate times and each event was completed in a highly efficient manner. We would highly recommend Gary for any technology issues.
