After some initial difficulty in getting the work started, the experience was good. Chris performs great and conscientious work treating the house as his own. He quickly addressed any quality concerns and finished the project ahead of a hard deadline. Finally, they were quick to return any calls. Would hire him again.

Cindy is the most pleasant person to work with, especially being a new home buyer. She was even able to answer questions that were sent to her by mistake :)! Chris is very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job inside and out and answered every question and even offered professional advice to save money! If I need another inspector or contractor they are the people I would call!!

We walk you through it all... Answering all their questions thoroughly and taking all the time my clients need to feel comfortable with the decisions they are making regarding the purchase of a home or any home improvement projects they may be under taking..

I started out as a youngster in the building industry...attending Bay Arenac Skill Center for 2 years in building maintance/physical plant technology class taking awards in Vocational Clubs of America at the state level and student of the year.... member of NACHI (National Association certified home inspectors)...
