Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The average trainer wants to show a new client how much they know and do so by taking them through a myriad of complex exercises that may or may not have any benefit to helping the client reach their goal. I know--I used to do the same when I was starting out. As I became more knowledgeable and experienced, I realized that taking a moderate approach in the beginning is what will really help clients grow and reach their goals. I'm paid to get up every morning and help people transform their lives--I don't know what could be better than that!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask plenty of questions, always!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It's very easy to become a trainer and very hard to stay a trainer. Longevity is important--something I've come to realize as I've gotten older.
