This experience was life changing for me, I felt so depressed and anxious and was stuck in fight or flight prior to seeing Bo, she helped me to release these inner beliefs I had about myself that were causing my mental state from the trauma. And she helped so significantly I no longer am depressed or anxious at all. I have significant levels of happiness and peace, and my mind no longer races I can sleep peacefully at night and in the days I feel confident and happy and I’m becoming clearer about my life path and accepting all of my emotions and finally standing up for myself! Everything has changed with just one session with Bo. She is absolutely amazing, so kind and understanding she is smart and knows how to connect trauma with your presenting symptoms, and how to get to the core of it and resolve it. And it’s life changing!! I think everyone should do this and become free again. I highly recommend Bo, she is meant to do this work and the most supportive and helpful person. Thank you !!!
