Founded by Gualtiero marchesi - the first chef to obtain 3 Michelin stars in Italy. Since that time I have spent time in Italy , France, Mexico and the United States at various Michelin Star restaurants. These positions have rounded me into the chef I am today. Dedicated and creative - I strive to push myself as far as I can go in the culinary world. My dishes are created with high quality and unique ingredients like my dad extra vergin olive oil from Sicily , so I can guarantee an authentic flavor as the Italian tradition wants.

We had the best experience with Francesco! We felt like we were in a seven star restaurant. Best chef we’ve ever had. He cooked an eight course menu for us!!!! The level of professionalism displayed and the knowledge of his food was impeccable. Everything was organic, fresh and Chef Francesco even used his father’s homeade olive oil from Italy. He created perfect sauce pairings with every dish! Every single dish was perfection! Even the creme brûlée and Tiramisu were to die for. We are just blown away what a culinary magic and cannot wait to hire Chef Francesco for future events and family gatherings. He made our Christmas an experience we will never forget. Grazie Chef!!!

Chef Francesco was simply top notch. If you’re considering a private chef, this is the way to go. In addition to fantastic food, Chef Francesco has a rich history through his time/training in Italy and Chicago where he worked in several Michelin star restaurants. We’ll definitely be using him again soon (if he’ll have us)!

Francesco is one of the most amazing chefs! Wow! I am so glad we hired him for our event. He was very responsive to my initial request and followed up immediately with menu ideas. And his food is out of this world! The olive oil he uses in his salad dressing is fabulous! Our guests were so impressed and are still talking about the food a week later! We will definitely utilize Francesco's amazing culinary skills again!

Francesco was fantastic for a surprised 31st birthday gift to my fiancé, Courtney. He was punctual and even accommodated gluten free options at the last minute. Not only was his food Mechlin star but his personality was to matched. Will be contacting Francesco in the future for events!

I had a surprise dinner date at home for my wife's birthday. Hiring Mr. Tola as our private chef for the evening was the best decision. He was professional and perfectly on time. He made sure to keep in touch with me leading up to the occasion in order to ensure everything was going according to plan. Answered all questions and concerns. His cooking was phenomenal. He made us a 5 course meal that we will never forget. We truly enjoyed his Italian-Mexican fusion cuisine, very delicious and top notch. We witnessed the passion in his creations and in cooking. It really added an extra layer of the experience that we had. Will hire him again and recommend him to anyone who has an event such as this.
