I cannot say enough about David Clegg! My husband and I recently relocated from San Diego to the Detroit area. We did not know anything about the area besides what we had read about online and heard from friends. We were referred to David by our Mortgage Broker and from the beginning he was the most professional realtor we have ever dealt with. He is probably the friendliest realtor we have ever met and immediately we felt like we were dealing with a friend that cared about us, instead of just caring about getting his commission. He was always available to chat or email or text, regardless of time. He stayed in constant contact with us as we drove across country and sent us multiple listings to review in order to gauge our preferences. To say that he was spot on his selections is an understatement. He showed us about 8 homes that were all beautiful and completely fit our needs. He showed us houses that were in areas that we had not considered since we did not know the area and this helped us narrow down the location that we preferred. I think he knew before we did that the house we ended up buying was exactly what we were looking for, he is THAT good! After the bid was accepted, he setup the home inspection (since we didn't even know where to begin) and was at the inspection to make sure all went well. Also, the week after our inspection, the Detroit area was hit with massive flooding. He was wonderful enough to get us access to the house and met us there to make sure that nothing was damaged and that we did not have any issues from the flooding. He was also there at the final walk thru and closing; never did we deal with anyone but David, which was wonderful. He was there from beginning to end and I cannot recommend him highly enough. You cannot go wrong if you select David Clegg as your realtor. His knowledge of the area, of real estate and of houses in general (he answered a lot of contractor-related questions) is amazing and the next time we look to buy or sell a home, we will definitely use David Clegg!

David Clegg helped me to buy my second home and it was a pleasure learning from not only about the area but the details of owning a great home!!! I was looking for a house with good structure and simplicity. We found it and it was a short sale. Short sales are not short. He showed patience and negotiated many times back and forth until we found a reasonable price in the right time. It was not easy on his part and I was happy with our end result. The right neighborhood and the right house for me!!!! I was lucky to work with David and soon we may work again on another house but he doesn't know that yet!!! Dave's advice totally paid off with the sale of our rental property. When I mean paid off, I mean the sale concluded with a deal above asking price and multiple offers. He is a total pro and truly takes the time to work with you above and beyond. He has our real estate business for life!
