FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My 8 week program is an online and in-person program that has a standard price of $247. In person sessions can be purchased in blocks of 4 hours for $200. They can be divided into half hour or hour long sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to talk as soon as possible with the client and see if we are a good fit for each other. I specialize in a few particular health and fitness categories, and I want to make sure that you are getting what you need- if not from me, then from a trusted resource. If we decide we are a good fit, then I will begin helping you lay out a road map for how you want to get to your health or fitness goal. Once we have that road map laid out, then we work on the big rocks- the keys - to getting to your destination. On the way, we make adjustments as needed for the client.
