- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total price includes everything such as tools needed, equipment, materials and hourly rates I dont do hidden fees and I'll tell you everything upfront. If the customer buys everything and its available on site I will only charge an hourly rate. Hourly rates will vary $50-75 depending on job difficulty and type of job. I charge $25 service fee for all jobs under $1,000. I also give discounts for seniors and Military veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appointment and arrive promptly. When I arrive I shake their hand and ask them to show me what's going on. I inspect the issue and write up a quote. Depending on the job we pick out a time for me to come back and do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of construction technology that I graduated from. 6 years of plumbing and construction work experience.
