Alex was the Best! Alex offered free advice for me to repair. When that did not work, he showed where the Manufacturer skipped on quality. The repair was quick, efficient and great value. I heartily recommended Alex for any repair.

Thumbtack limits one three of five items on their list--"what I liked"also applies to the other two as wealle punctuality and work quality. He is also very congenial. It was not the biggest job but he could not have executed it all any better with a fan that did not work on my computer. For a 2022 computer that to would cost $1300 or more to buy again new, and Dell and Micro Center said they would not touch because Dell did not have its own replacement part, I guess they thought I was supposed to throw out a 3 year computer otherwise in great shape, he with the part fixed for less than a hundred dollars plus a small fee for a "house call".
