It was a pleasure working with Sunshine Property. They were very helpful fixing and replacing copper pipe in my 1973 airstream and putting in PEX. The work was quality and was very helpful!

I wanted a hot water recirculating pump due to distance of hot water tank to shower. Sunshine knew exactly the problem and how to correct wasting water. They did an excellent job on the install and made sure of future changes or problems by installing backup valve shut off. We needed an electrical connection for our pump and that was installed neatly and efficiently. The price was fair for all work involved. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Doris is amazing! Great response time. I had tenants that broke the toilet and sink. Doris fixed it without having to replace it all. Great job with the cleanup as well. I will definitely use as my go-to plumber from now on!
