They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. What really stood out to me was how they went above and beyond—not only did they complete the job I requested, but they also took the initiative to check the foundation and sturdiness of the deck. In doing so, they discovered that my railings were loose and took the time to secure them, ensuring the deck was safe for future use. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare and truly appreciated. Even when the weather didn’t cooperate with our original plans, they stayed in close communication and worked with me to adjust the schedule based on the forecast.
