The problem: connection from laundry to main drain rusted through and broke. Had a conversation with Mr. Simons within 20 minutes of original thumbtack search on a Sunday evening. Gave straightforward assessment of situation and approximate estimate and we agreed on a time and date. He arrived punctually. Gave me option of quick vs. through job and price difference. i agreed to thorough. He was very efficient and proficient in his work. Less than three hours after he arrived, my main drain feed was replaced, the basement concrete redone and I could once again do laundry. Having observed most of the work, I expect to have no drain problems within my lifetime. Also, it was he who advised that this repair might be covered by my homeowners insurance, so we both took before, during and after photos to provide the insurance adjuster.

We had 3 different plumbing issues at our house. Kane did a great job explaining the issues and what was required to fix the problems. His quote was reasonable and without any pressure. He repaired all 3 issues in no time and with quality. He was very punctual, and did a great job of cleaning up after completing the work. Very pleased with the work they did.

On the same day I posted on Thumbtack, Kane came out to give me a quote. His team was here the next morning and installed a new water heater, replaced some galvanized pipes, installed a chimney liner and fixed the pitch of the outlet coming from my chimney. They worked fast, did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Kane made additional plumbing suggestions, so he will be back out this Friday. Great company!

Kane came out and looked at my old water heater, discussed the options available to me and presented an estimate. When it came time for installation, He was on time, brought enough manpower to get the job done within six hours, and accomplished everythingwithin the estimate he quoted. He had to cut through an outside brick wall. He cut a precised hole that did not require a mason or unsightly patch. Overall, I was very pleased with his work.
