as soon as I left a message that I needed my washing machine fixed everything went smooth he called me right away came the same day did something so I can use the washing machine until the part came in as soon as he part came in he came back installed it now everything works perfectly will definitely use again if i need anything else fixed thx again

We have a front-load washer and dryer (Whirlpool Duet, purchased in 2011). My reason for this service call is because the washer door was locked and it would not run. It was not the first time this has occurred, but my usual hacks for getting it unlocked and running were not working. I searched on-line for a good repair person and I noticed that Ibrahim had great reviews. He responded to my call immediately. I found him to be very helpful. I asked him a lot of questions. He was patient and did a good job of explaining things to me. Before proceeding with repairs, he presented me with an estimate for parts and labor so that I could review and approve it. Overall, he was very professional, knowledgeable, neat, friendly, efficient, and honest. In addition to getting the washer unlocked, Ibrahim replaced the door latch. At my request, he also replaced the washer door gasket, and performed a full maintenance on our dryer (which also had intermittent issues). Overall, I was impressed with his ability to quickly diagnose and then propose a solution. There were no false starts.

We purchased a washer from ABC Warehouse that was sold to us as a floor model and were told there were no issues. Unfortunately, the delivery and installation were botched, which left us without a washer for over a week and involved two weeks of back and forth. At that point, I contacted Ibrahim with TU CASA LLC, and he was able to come out on less than an hour’s notice and get the unit properly repaired. After everything we dealt with, his responsiveness and professionalism made a huge difference.
