I am handicapped and always nervous about hiring new repair people. But Mike was very kind and professional. I was missing a part for one of my devices and they accommodated my last-minute reschedule with no problem which I appreciated very much. Showed up early after calling to ensure that would be OK. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely recommend HTech to my friends and family.

I’m am really satisfied with the work of Mike. He was quick to respond and flexible enough to add me to his schedule last minute.
