We had a great experience with Hussein. He was incredibly respectful and professional from start to finish. His work was thorough and high-quality — you could tell he takes real pride in doing things the right way, even if it means taking a bit of extra time. What stood out most was how comfortable we felt having him in our home. Hussein is a true family man, and that sense of care and integrity shows in how he treats both people and his craft. Hussein installed an under cabinet range hood and a gas cooktop. He took time, got all the required parts and made sure to test the appliances before leaving. I highly recommend him. I will be using his services in the future.

I hired Hussein to take care of an electrical issue at my home. He was very punctual, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable in his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very pleasant to work with and was very respectful. He said he could take care of any electrical, plumbing or other jobs inside the house. He will be my to go man for all of my home needs. I highly recommend to consider his services should you need one.

Real Property P&R was a lifesaver! Sam came in and fixed the work another “pro” started. I am beyond happy with the work he did. The project was to renovate my 1/2 bathroom. Sam fixed the drywall where a chair rail was removed. When he was finished with my walls there was zero sign of the chair rail. The walls are super smooth like butter! He painted the ceiling and the walks. The paint job is PERFECT! He installed an exhaust fan/light in the ceiling. He also installed a new faucet, quartz countertop onto my existing cabinet, new vanity light and mirror above my sink. He was punctual, polite, and respectful. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I have already made plans with him to replace recessed lights in my 18 foot ceiling and replace the foyer chandelier. I am confident he is going to do a great job because he already fixed some electrical issues we were having. My final note: using apps like thumbtack can be hit or miss. Real Property P&R is a HIT! I will save this PRO in my contacts for future work in my home. Reasonably priced as well—forgot to mention that! Thank you so much! You have my future business and I’ll confidently refer you to family and friends as well!
