A lot of back and forth over the phone with Deanna because she couldn't keep our appointment straight or whether she had even spoken with me before. Showed up late. When she finally arrived, called to say she couldn't find my house (which I find odd as I live in a very well-marked complex and have never experienced visitors getting turned around), so she just left! Without cleaning, rescheduling or even so much as apologizing and offering a refund! Despite my efforts to be accommodating when she called to reschedule because her car was in the shop, Deanna did what she seems to have done to other customers based on the reviews I've read on this site and has been ignoring my calls. No integrity indeed.

First of all this customer did not hire me on this site she fails to tell you she had a expired voucher from living social and canceled! I still honored it went all the way to her home and it took her almost 25 minutes to return my call after I got there. All the building numbers do not gave the front and I even walked around to find her home! She is upset that living social would not refund her. I went our poof my way and wasted time and gas on a expired voucher. I always strive to make each of my customers but this job was a waste of my money and time. Please go to living social our even this site and look at how many clients are happy with our work!

If I could rate this vendor negative I would. First I bought a Living Social voucher for 5 hours. Ms. Synder arrived 10 minutes late to the appt. My appt was from 12-5 on Thursday July 17, 2014 . She was real nice. However I had to leave for work and left her in my house. At 2:05 she text me and told me her child fell of the trampoline at GPS, and she needed to leave. I told her that I had company coming in on Monday and she could finish the appointment anytime before Monday. She told me she would return Saturday 12pm. On Friday she text me a rude message stating for me read my messages that she would come to my house on Saturday. I told her that was fine, I had already agreed on that time. When Saturday came around she never called, texted or showed up. I called her 15 time to find out what happened. She kept putting me to voice mail. I even text message her to see if she was comming. No response, crickets in the wind... Even worse she redeemed my living social voucher and stated she completed the service. I never gave her my living social voucher she asked for my name and called living social and told them she completed the work. I called living social and they stated they could not get in touch with her either. Please do not use this person, you will be very UNHAPPY and she SCAMS people. I have the text messages to prove it, I wish I could post the conversation for you!

This is simply not true, she was from a living social deal and wanted me to clean things that were not included in the promotion! She is simply mad that living social would not refund her. She was very unprofessional and I left her home because I did not feel safe she was screaming and swearing which I think no one should have to deal with. We take pride in making each customer happy, and always do our best to fulfill each customers request.

Great Service!! I purchased the Living Social deal b/c I was moving out and just didn't have the time to clean the old unit. I am so impressed with the work provided that I am looking forward to using the service in the future for my new home!

It really depends on the client. As an example a working mother with a four bedroom three bath home might hire me just to clean the three bathrooms every week. In another example a single man may need his whole house cleaned. So to answer the question what I really do is to service my clients needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust you are letting a stranger in your home or business and you most probably don't have the time to watch their every move. You need to hire someone that you totally trust to do the cleaning. I am a one woman company, I don't hire employees to do the work I do it myself. When you hire me, you get me.
