- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to determine a price without seeing it. Best to set an in home consultation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first cleaning with a new client may take a little bit longer. We ask that they walk us through their home and point out what is important to them. We understand most clients are looking for the same result, a clean home, but we also do things differently in each home. We want to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with their first cleaning. This way future cleanings we will know exactly what they are expecting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our Employee’s to our level of satisfaction.
