- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are here to work with you and provide you the best service we can. We typically charge by the job and not square footage. Let us know your investment & what exactly you are looking for. We also do a 15% off discount if you refer us to some that books before your job is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the job over the phone & see if we would be a good fit for transforming your space. Next would be to meet up in person or view the job via photos or FaceTime. Once chosen for the job, set a timeline and discuss paint products and color. (Both my wife and I are very good with color selection & have completed design / photographer degrees-BFA). Next step is to complete the job and ensure your satisfied with a final walk through. All our contracts come with a 1 year touch up guarantee!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school I worked with a pro painter in the business for 30 years. He taught me how to paint and prep a job correctly. As well my career at Sherwin Williams for 6+ years, there they have extensive training on the science behind paint, how it works, reacts, and the proper way to apply paint, in addition to repairs, customer service, tools and equipment. Sherwin Williams created a great stepping stone for all my paint & customer service knowledge.
