When I start with a new client, I first schedule a consultation to understand their specific needs and challenges. This involves discussing their goals, preferred communication style, and the scope of the work they require. I then propose a customized plan that aligns with their objectives, ensuring clarity and agreement on timelines, deliverables, and feedback mechanisms.

I hold a Masters degree in Public Health from Purdue University, which has equipped me with strong research, data analysis, and project management skills. Additionally, I have undertaken various courses in administrative management and digital tools, which are directly applicable to my work in administrative support and organization.

My journey began during my postgraduate studies, where I frequently organized academic events and managed complex projects. This experience sparked my interest in administrative work, leading me to pursue this path professionally. The skills and knowledge I gained in public health have been invaluable in understanding diverse client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
