I called him for a minor leak, he came out a few days later to look things over and give a quote. A few days right before my appointment another issue surfaced. He was willing to come out, after hours to check it out. Day of service, he stayed in contact and gave me updates throughout the process. After the work was completed, he walked me through and explained everything he did. He even cleaned up his work area. I would highly recommend.
