We had a great experience with Jackson Plumbing! They replaced our corroded tub/shower trap, which was a tricky job due to the HVAC system blocking access to the pipe. I really appreciated that they took on the challenge when others wouldn’t. On top of that, they replaced a faulty union coupling under the sink and properly installed a new P-trap. It’s been three months since the service, and everything is still working perfectly. Highly professional and reliable—I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I feel that I was overcharged. It cost me $175 to replace a shower head and re-caulk a small part of the bathtub. That was way too high of a charge for the little amount of work that was done. He was nice and friendly but will look for another plumber when needed.
