I really have to select all of the items above. I actually found Matt and Rodney through CL; who would have guessed that. After several attempts to get folks out to 'the island' to get estimates, I stumbled onto Vizion PR. I contacted through email and within 24 hours, I had a reply. That Saturday, they came to my place, measured both of my bathrooms, chatted with me to see what ideas I had in mind and were out within 30 minutes. Within a few days, I had detailed estimates for remodeling both bathrooms.
Seeing how professional these fellows were, I immediately reserved a time to have my first bathroom remodeled. Now, they are booked a little bit out, so don't expect them to be able to start work tomorrow. But, I promise it's worth the wait. The prices are very fair and they even allow/encourage for the customer to buy their own materials to save money if they like. My first remodel took exactly 2 weeks and man, it went from depressing and scary in my bathroom (felt like I was in a prison), to a relaxing, sophisticated environment.
They really did top notch work. The paint and trim work took them a bit of extra time, but they got everything right. My neighbor below me noticed their punctuality every day and decided to use them for her projects. And, they are slated to start my other bathroom next week, and I have no hesitations whatsoever to turn my condo key over to them... these guys are legit.
I've attached before and after photos, but the after was before they finished the trim around the tub base.

We were so pleased with Matt and Rodney. They were prompt, efficient, professional, polite, neat and very competent. We appreciated their design and money-saving solutions in our small, outdated bathroom, their attention to detail, and the care with which they treated us and our home. We will definitely call on their services again!

Vizion Property Renovation did two major projects for us: the total bathroom and kitchen remodeling. I would like to use this opportunity to thank the company for the excellent job in both projects! I would definitely recommend this company very highly for anyone who thinks about any home improvement. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the beautiful kitchen and bathroom created for us. The guys have knowledge and expertise to get any quality job done within budget. I have never heard 'no' or 'impossible' from them. In fact, every single detail we wanted to see in our projects was implemented. The entire experience was fun and pleasure, and the work reflected quality and attention to details. We are looking forward to working on the third project together: the basement renovation!!!

We had a 1/2 bath converted into a full bath with new shower installed. A total gut and build. We are very happy with our bathroom. It looks wonderful and Matt and Rodney kept our house clean, they were friendly and we would recommend and use them again. The estimate was very reasonable and honest and they did not nickel and dime us on changes we made along the way. Very happy :)
