Contacted Tyrone about a backed up sink that was draining extremely slow. He was able to fit me in the same day. Worked on the drain and got it cleared for a fair and honest price. Also warranted his work and told me if I had any issues with it after he left just to give him a call and he'd come right back out. Will most certainly use him and his company again in the future for any plumbing needs.

When our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain on Friday night, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a plumber out, or that the night/weekend fees would be outrageous. As soon as I sent the inquiry on Thumbtack, Tyrone called us and came out that night. Tyrone tried a few things to clear it but was unsuccessful - the clog wouldn’t budge. After returning and working on Saturday, he realized a 25 foot run of pipe needed to be replaced. Sunday, he returned with a team of professionals including his master plumber. They expertly removed and replaced the pipe exposing more than a decade of grease and build up throughout. A seemingly routine clog ended up taking multiple visits, extra equipment, and a team of plumbers. Because it was a bigger job that any of us expected, Tyrone initially did not have the right equipment or time allotted. In the end, he got the job done, and it was done the right way! Drain Hounds runs their business with integrity and we are glad we hired them for this job.
