House/neighborhood was on partial power (1 phase) it was getting cold and DTE projected repair in 2 days. Expected windchill in the morning -7F. Furnace was on the phase that was out. James Morton responded to my thumbtack booking in minutes, arrived at the house within an hour, moved the circuit to the working phase/wire and waited for the thermostat and furnace to restart. It is now less than 2 hours from our initial call and the house has returned from below 60 back to 70! Best service call ever!
