This service was for a rental property that I own in Detroit. My tenant had requested this service from the property manager for over 2 weeks with no response or communication with me as the owner. The recent constant rain storms with clogged gutter caused the water to enter the home which was most distressing. I am grateful to Thumbtack and to Gold Glove Multi Service for their quick response & affordable price. When I finally got my property mgr on the phone they were surprised that their contractor had dropped the ball. When I told them what Gold Glove charged their comment was “wow that is a good price!” I thought do too.

Had them install a rather large forced air furnace. They were prompt, did a "top shelf" job in terms of esthetics as well as performance of said unit. They even found a few dampers to be closed and rectified the situation. Finally, they returned the next day with a new pleated furnace/air filter, thus saving me a trip to Home Depot. All around good guys to have on furnace installations. I told everyone I know about Gold Glove Multi Services, Malik Brown and Rick/Mark, the guys that put my unit in. 😊
