Tarchitects a great job designing our store, So much so that I referred their firm to several of my colleagues who were look to open stores and restaurants in the Norfolk area of Hampton roads. Tareeq offered such great advise and held our hands all the way to success.
Their firm is so client oriented, when we wanted to go a different route with the Construction process, Tarchitects had their team move straight into construction after the blueprints were approved for my permit. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing Quality Valued Service is our focus. As such, we typically would like to walk the facility before offering a price or even an estimate. If it's a new structure, then we would want to sit down with you at our office to further understand the project in great detail before providing a number. However, we typically are able to provide same day initial architectural consultation on-site if you call before 1pm. Thus, your call is what determines how quickly we can begin providing solutions to your project. So don't wait... Call. We often surprise our clients with our responsiveness.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Phone conversation regarding the scope.
Step 2. Same day site visit
Step 3. Decide to accept the project or not.
Step 4. Explanation of project details and what to expect from us. Timeline, deliverables etc.
Step 5. Agree on number, sign agreement and start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Architecture, Registered Architect in Michigan, Georgia and Alabama. Over 20 years in construction.
