First there's a $45.00 estimate fee for Residential and $65.00 fee Commercial for a walk through to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue(s). Payment preferred is Cash then write up a invoice of an price quote and schedule appt when customer is ready this will require a up front deposit towards the materials to begin and labor cost will be paid on completion of services render. Certain parts will have standard warranties included any questions or concerns after services are render must be address within 48 hrs.
