- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rates are more than most others but it's because of high class of service and gracious quality of workmanship plus all services are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. we do request a Fee for estimates but cost is applied toward service when you chose to do business with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates: Each Estimate is booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure contractors and clients availibilty. Client is sent a digital estimate request form via text message or email with instructions on fee and how to pay. Plesase note: You MUST pay estimate fee in full prior to time of contractors arrival or contractor will not be dispatched. Same Day Service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All TDRC ServPro's are builders license training institute general contractor certified and licensed.
