- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, transparent pricing that works for everyone. To provide an accurate project plan, I charge an initial fee for a detailed on-site consultation and a formal written estimate. This cost covers a comprehensive walkthrough of your property, a clear scope of work, and a projected timeline tailored specifically to your project's needs. If you choose to move forward with me, the entire estimate fee is credited toward your final project total. This approach ensures your project begins with precise planning while maintaining a balanced overall cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to start with a consultation, preferably onsite. Followed with a detailed written estimate, which gives you a breakdown of the projects scope and timeline. This estimate or consultation does carry a charge that does require a payment for you to receive the detail estimate. However this charge is deducted from the total cost of your approved total cost of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a variety of on the job training and experiences in different industries from rough carpentry, landscaping, window installation, and arborist work.
