- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is an estimate based on the information provided in the request for quote, any requests for services outside of original scope of work request will be added to final invoice. There will be an additional charge of $25 for next day service requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the Dulin Cleaning Services, LLC experience with the customer starts with a price being quoted based on the information provided in the service request. Upon selection, Dulin Cleaning Services, LLC will reach out to discuss the details of the cleaning needs in more detail and if needed arrange a pre-cleaning walkthrough of the location to confirm services requested and pricing. On the day of service, the team will arrive at least 5 minutes early to begin the cleaning. There is a walkthrough of the location completed with the client at the beginning of the service, to ensure there are not any changes in the scope of work requested and after the service is finished to ensure 100% satisfaction. Once the service is signed off as acceptable with the client the payment is collected and any recurring services are scheduled.
