- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each cleaning service package can be customized to fit each clients specific wants and needs. We try to accommodate all requests and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client request service via our website (rsacleaningsvcs.com) or Thumbtack. We will then reach out directly to confirm specific details of your request (Time, Date, Address). Once confirmed, we input this information into our system and send out a confirmation text message with details and invoice. Day prior to appointment, we confirm with client that scheduled appointment is still on. On the day of appointment, we will send an en route text message. Please note: We request all invoices be paid night prior to scheduled cleaning appointment unless client is paying in cash or agreement has been made with client prior to appointment.
