I spoke with Jeffrey for the first time a few days ago. We had a great conversation. He listened to my concerns and had several suggestions on things I could do or tweak as a parent to help work with my teenage son. I appreciate his insight and look forward to our next session next week!

My husband and I just started working with Jeffrey and we couldn't be happier with our first experience with him. I’m new to seeking therapy, and my one (!) session with Jeff cannot compare to my prior experiences. He was very friendly and accommodating! Though we spoke through telephone, I still felt that he was extremely attentive and active in our conversation. Almost immediately, he helped me to identify patterns and make connections in my life. I am very much looking forward to our next meeting, and I already feel that I am becoming more self-aware.

Jeff is an absolute godsend. So far we’ve had two counseling sessions and it has changed the dynamic of our marriage in so many positive ways. Believe me when I say, we are not in an easy situation. We appreciate his absolute words of wisdom and the path that he’s led forth so far. He is knowledgeable and gifted. We are excited every time our session is coming up because we know that It is one more positive step to bringing our marriage back together. Not only is Jeff an amazing life coach who can help you figure out how to get everything you've ever wanted personally & professionally, he can also help you to navigating life with your partner into a depth of love, safety, security and most importantly joy than you ever imagined possible. Jeff has a knack of how to explain where each person is coming from and how to approach conflict to navigate your way through a situation with greater ease - and he provides analogies that will stick with you as language to use to de-escalate & re-center each person in the middle of a disagreement. One of my favorite terms of his is to ask myself what I want more - to prove that I'm right? Or to be in a relationship? He doesn't let you focus on the negative thought patterns that will let you spin and keep you angry, he helps you focus on the joy that will make you & your partner feel light and free. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are $150. They are not limited to an hour. Typical consults last anywhere from and 1 to 2 hours. First sessions are free to see if we are are fit. Following 2 sessions are $65 then the full rate applies
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am relational based. These processes take time to begin to uncover hidden roots and also there is a lot of time for education and consulting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a pastor since 1999 working with the poor and high risk people as well as working with couples on relationship enhancement. Tracking fruit to root is what i call my approach.
I also work with men directly in a unique discipleship approach.
