- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting is set up prior to the event, a walk through of the event and a brief description of the organization, school or business mission should be given. After the meeting in which all particulars are discussed, the event is ready to be planned in regards to my lecture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training was on the job, I started speaking independently 4 years ago and learned on this journey. My expertise derives from direct experience from past activity and error as well as my counsel of youth in my own community. When dealing with the youth mere education without experience won't work, they respond best to those who are relatable and understand their perspective and culture.
