He was very good at keeping me informed. He confirmed our appointment. Call prior to the appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. However, he used what he called a sanitizer that the smell did not sit well with me. He never asked. I smelled it and asked what was it. I asked if it would go away. He told me yes. It hasn’t yet. I had to open my windows and turn down the thermostat to prevent the furnace from coming on last night. I texted him today to see if there was something I could put in the vents to counteract the smell. No reply. Not happy!
