Hired Balance Detroit for a time-sensitive carry-in job - seven freight-delivered cluster mailbox units that needed to be moved from a curbside pallet into a retail space. From the first message with Sarah through the on-site execution with Darius and his team, the experience was excellent. Sarah was responsive, clear on pricing, and turned the booking around quickly when we needed someone reliable on short notice. Darius and the crew arrived on schedule, handled the units with care, and got everything staged inside exactly where the customer needed it. Communication was professional throughout, and they made what could have been a stressful piece of a larger project completely seamless. Would absolutely use Balance Detroit again and recommend them to anyone needing moving or carry-in help in the Detroit area.

I specifically needed to move a pool table, which can be complicated. The primary contact was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions during the booking process. The three gentleman that showed up for the move were on time, very friendly and extremely efficient. The work was done faster than anticipated and came in under the original quoted estimate, which was significantly less expensive than quotes I had received from several other competitors in the first place. Would absolutely use their services again.
