I had a positive experience from our messages on Thumbtack to the day of my move. The team called to give the approximate time of their arrival. I ordered 3 movers, the lead mover was Gerald, very professional and knowledgeable. All 3 gentlemen were great and had good work quality! They moved my entire basement from one place to another, including couches, tables, side cabinets etc without a single wall being touched.
