Megan is an excellent Medical Training coach.! I recently obtained my CPR/AED certification under her. The material was well explained and Megan's hands-on approach towards learning really helped the lessons stick! It is super important that these skills are learned. Who knows what kind of situation you could end up in that could result in you having to perform a lifesaving medical technique. I recommend anyone and everyone to take this class with Megan!!
I took the "Family and Friends" course along with some family members. Amanda, the instructor, was so personable and professional. I had never taken a CPR class before, while my husband has taken many. We both left the class feeling like we had learned a lot. Amanda made us feel very comfortable, took time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we all really had the hang of things before moving on. I now feel very confident about something that used to intimidate me. Empowering, enjoyable experience! Highly recommended!
Save A Life CPR did a great job of presenting pediatric and adult CPR & First Aid to the nursery staff, ushers, deacons of my church and staff members of the community center . His presentation was informative. His illustrations were vivid. He interacted with the group and kept their interest for 3 hrs. He was on time, he was prepared, he was approachable and friendly. He delivered as promised. He observed various team members to make sure that they were using proper techniques during the practice phase of the training. Receiving the laminated CPR cards at the end of the class was a nice touch. The group feedback indicates that Craig did a good job and the group members expressed feeling confident that they could assist someone in the event of an emergency. I would use their services again.
I have been a medical assistant for 19 years and have taken several CPR and aed classes to keep my certification up. Working with catrina was the best class I have taken . She made it convenient for me with my busy schedule and was very informative on all of the old and new techniques. She made sure that I had it down pat before my card was issued. I was very pleased with her and would recommend my colleagues and friends that wants to know CPR which everyone should know. She has my blessing in the future of her career. .....Debra Walker
Taking this class gave me the confidence to perform CPR in an emergency situation, if needed!
I did not attend the class, but I just received an e-mail stating that this was a great class taught by Cary Thompson. The students said he was the best instructor that they have had for CPR..he brings a depth of knowledge and experience.....Thank you so much. Susan Booth
I listen and do what needs to be done, like, cleaning and taking care of the customers. So, this is wellness. I'm also a caregiver to my mother.

Think Safe is unique from other training centers in that we know and understand all certifying major training organizations. Think Safe owns the First Voice product line and is a manufacturer and developer of software and hardware that brings technology to the world of emergency response. Products developed and sold by First Voice are intended to be used by the average lay rescuer, who is infrequently trained and may need coaching real-time during any emergency or want easier access to refresher training in order to be more prepared for emergencies. Thus, our technical experts at Think Safe include Certified Instructors, and healthcare professionals that have over 150 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care and know the protocols and curriculum and teaching methods and mechanisms of all the major certifying agencies. At the end of all of our certified training sessions, students receive a 1 year to 3 year certification. Also, all students must perform a training drill at the end of class that is pertinent to their workplace protocols to include scene safety, the assessment of any victim(s), initiating the emergency action plan, calling 911 and other emergency notification numbers, starting compressions, getting others to help and switching compressor roles, performing breaths when using proper rescue breathing barriers, clearing the scene, proper record keeping procedures and intake forms, EMS flaggers, first aid treatment procedures, and more . Our training center and trainers utilize the best technology and tools available when performing CPR training courses. Tools utilized include American Heart Association (AHA) compliant cognitive feedback devices such as Prestan CPR feedback manikins or The Loop CPR gaming platform. Students receive access to online manuals and refresher training anytime including course handouts and skills review handouts. Our training center portal for students that have taken our courses also includes training drills and training scenarios for ongoing responder team use during future practice sessions. There is amazing satisfaction in teaching people simple yet effective basic life support techniques or other key basic emergency response tips - things that save lives and decrease disability and legal liability.
