Carl marks CMI global I was a general contractor for the state of Michigan years ago so I’m good at completing projects within your budget. I understand that sometimes money can and will discourage homeowners from doing repairs or renovations needed. From talking to my customers and hearing their concerns with their last contractor either the experience or quality of the work was terrible and over priced. I started doing a new form of estimates “YOU NAME YOUR PRICE” so if you have a specific budget that you want to stay within just let me know your budget. Started off strong. Carl was prompt with responding and came out the same day to give me an estimate. It was our first interaction when I vented about all the bad experiences I’ve had with handy men. Days 1-2 were great. Fast and efficient. I never heard from him day 3 but on the night of day 4 received a call saying he had gotten tied up the previous day and we arranged for completion of the job. Everything was done except the hardware on my cabinet, the kick plate and filler. However, Carl drilled holes in both doors from one of the pulls which turned out to be defective so the holes are off(we went back to Lowe’s and checked every other package). He was supposed to come back today. I have called, texted and wrote him on the app. No response. Now we are stuck with holes in a $400 cabinet and a job undone. I blame myself for paying him in full I should have waited and I will never make that mistake again. So if you hire him, wait until you are 100% done and satisfied because otherwise, you will be in the same boat ! Update 11/13/2022: Today Carl came and finished the job. I cannot take away how well he does what does. I wish the communication had been better. You won’t be disappointed in the quality of his work.

I had my house exterior wall repair with CGI Global and cannot say enough how great repair was! Handman responded quickly when I requested and already sounded confident in professionalism. He showed up on schedule and fixed the issue in no time. Definitely going to ask him for any other repairs, if needed. Also I plan to have additional project for my house and I already know I'm going to ask CGI Global for the new addition.

If you are looking for someone to compete your projects CMI Global should be your choice! I have had two projects completed by this company, one for my home and the other for my business and work was completed quickly and professionally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple give me what you can afford to pay and I’ll take it from there to see if it’s possible to get done period. I had a customer that needed some gutter repair work done she had gotten estimates in the past. She was told she needed new gutters installed for $6000.00 after my evaluation it was just dry rotted wood that was causing gutter issues . I replaced wood rehung and cleaned gutters for half that amount. She was very pleased and now I’m her handyman for the past 4 years
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what a customer needs and use my experience to help get them through the process by using my discounts and benefits industry to get cheaper prices on materials
