To all prospective clients,
Joe Bradley completed amazing work on the landscaping of multiple properties for me. He maintained the upkeep on my lawns for the duration of the summer and fall season's and also ensured the ground dirt were level with ordering additional dirt. He was very thorough in the completion, being sure to clean up after himself as well as prompt in his arrival and worked diligently to finish the job in a timely fashion.

This rating might be premature since this is his first service he did for us today, Feb. 25, 2015; however, we believe he deserves it. Mr. Joe Bradley is easy to deal with. He did a makeover from what our old contractor left behind, which is the very reason why we requested Thumbtack for another contractor to plow our snow. He informed us he had a hard time entering our driveway (which validated our complaints to Thumbtack). Although the price quoted for the one time makeover is higher than our former contractor, we are very satisfied with the result. Now we can use our driveway the way it should be without efforts. The price he quoted us for regular plowing of our snow is very reasonable. We are confident that the quality of the service we received today will be the same satisfaction with all future projects that will be assigned to him. We will highly recommend Mr. Bradley to all people who need his service and will not regret doing so!

I would not recommend Joe Bradley. He came to fix a bedroom door and ended up chipping the wood and paint on the door. He also made the problem worse because now the door pops open on its own accord. It should also be mentioned that our appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and he called me at 7:00 a.m. and asked if he could come now because he had booked another client directly after me at 10:00 a.m. After he made the door worse he said he would come back at 2:00 p.m. to remedy the problem and it is 3:00 p.m. and I have not heard from him.

Joe was able to support snow removal services of within hours of me calling him. I had someone else who was providing service for the winter, but they never showed up. So very appreciative of Joe being able to take car of my driveway, sidewalk and walkway some promptly!
