Charlene was amazing. This was my first major purchase on my journey, so I had a ridiculous amount of questions and uncertainties. When i called she answered or returned my call within minutes. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable which put my anxiety at ease. She was very punctual to all appointments and her level of professionalism was impeccable.
