I wanted to create a unique proposal experience. I vetted every type of musician - marching bands, jazz trumpeters, opera singers, etc. In the end, nothing was better than Calebria singing acapella. She found 20+ songs that were appropriate, helped me organize the event, and played a surprise role on the day of the proposal.
Her skills as a professional singer and actor are unmatched. Her responsiveness and creativity are first rate. Her ability to work solo or with musicians is unparalleled. Her bravery and precaution (i.e. she has a singer's mask) during a pandemic performance were appreciated.
My surprise proposal was perfect only because of her unique skillset, and we are eternally grateful to her.

I started voice lessons with Calebria January 2019. I was nervous to start but she made me feel so comfortable from the beginning! She knows sooo much and provides the history behind why she's teaching certain things or why she teaches them the way she does. My voice has grown since I've been her student and I'm excited to see how far it goes! I recommend her to anyone I know looking for voice lessons!

Working with Calebria has been amazing! She’s really sweet and very knowledgeable about singing. We’ve only worked together for about a month.. month & a 1/2 but I’ve already noticed a difference. If you need lessons she’s definitely your girl☺️

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Voice lessons are all 55-minutes in length and are priced either a la carte or in packages. First time or intermittent lessons are $100. Recurring clients may choose from weekly or biweekly packages which incur a 20% or 25% discount broken down into monthly payments. My rates are what they are because of my experience and depth of teaching. Overall, my methodology is rooted in sustainability for a singer, and my prices reflect my clients' vocal longevity, specialization of the voice, and knowledge that I impart to serious singers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we chat briefly on the phone about your voice experience and goals as a singer. I also take time to explain my process of working with students and what I bring to the table, if we decide we are a fit. From there, we schedule an initial lesson and perform some vocal diagnostics and determine if and how we will continue to work together.

M.M. in Vocal Performance from Wayne State University
B.S. in Music Education from Winston-Salem State University
