- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume or item type (how much space your items take up in the trailer), so you only pay for what we remove. We provide clear, upfront quotes on-site before any work begins - no hidden fees. Minimum loads start at a set rate, and larger clean-outs are priced accordingly. Dump fees and labor are included in all jobs, and we also try to donate or recycle items whenever possible to keep the environment healthy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few quick questions or have you send photos to get an idea of the job. We will then give a ballpark estimate, Then schedule a time that works for you - often same-day or next-day. When we arrive, we provide a firm, upfront, no-obligation quote. If you approve, we handle all the lifting, loading, and cleanup right then and there. The goal is to make the process fast, simple, and completely stress-free.
