These guys were very thorough and they told me the cost up front and walked me through what they were going to have to do and why it would cost that amount. They said if o wanted to do it my way (the way I saw on YouTube and tried to do myself, not the best way, I know) that I’d have to call another company because they would not do something unsafe. They wanted to do the best safest job possible and I respect and appreciate that. They fixed me up right and I will definitely recommend them.

Dave called me and showed up when promised. He was very professional. He took care of my problem within 2hrs. I had no hot water for over a week.
