I had contacted Proper Maintenance for a plumbing problem I was having, after contacting 2 other plumbers. Dave was quick to call back, responsive to my concerns, asked for pictures to describe or show my problem, then offered a solution and/or to come and fix the problem. He fixed my problem. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable.
