- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees will be determined per project and depends on how involved the scope of work is. I will have to get a drawing list and samples of what the client requires. I require 1/2 upon signing of contract, and the other 1/2 shall be due after completion of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would like to speak to the client before an estimate is submitted, to get a feel for how complex the project is and what the project schedule is. Then, once a bid has been accepted, I like to keep in touch with the customer every few days to keep them updated on the status.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer Visualization from Lawrence Technological University. I am also currently in the third year of a five year Bachelor of Science dual degree Architecture & Construction Management program at LTU.
